About Order

Q How much is minimum amount order?

A "300B UP" of the total price of commodities. (Excluding delivery charge.)

Delivery fee is required?

A Yes, it is 60B.

Q Is price including VAT?

A Yes, it is.

Q Is phone order acceptable?

A Sorry, we accept only on-line order from this website.

Q Delivery menu price is same as Store price?

A Different. We add some mark-up to compensate the part of delivery operation costs such as packing and packing handling fee.

Q Can we add some menus after we finish ordering?

A Sorry. We do not accept any change of order after we receive your order. Please kindly check carefully before you submit ordering.

Q Can I cancel order after we finish ordering?

A Sorry. We do not accept order cancellation after we receive your order. Please kindly check carefully before you submit ordering.

Q Can I combine orders from some listed shops?

A Sorry, you can not combine orders from several restaurant. Order from each store must be paid separately.

Q Can I confirm the order after finishing order?

A Yes, we send order confirmation email to your email address.

Q How about payment method?

A So far, we accept "cash on delivery" only.


About Commodities

Q Which kind of packing do you use for restaurant food?

A We use disposable packings.

Q Do you bring with any cutleries?

A Some restaurants deliver with knife, chopsticks and napkin.

Q Are some topping options or special requests available?

A On each menu webpages, some items can be ordered with topping options. But Except these options, we cannot accept any special requests.


Delivery time

Q How long will the delivery take?

A Please check the "delivery time" shown at menu page of each restaurant. And the time varies depending on the kind of menu, amount and time.

Q Tell me opining hours

A Everyday 11:00~13:30, and 17:00-21:30. Any close such as system maintainance, we will inform on this website.

Q Can I designate the time and date of delivery?

A Between delivery time that each restaurant accept. you can reserve the order.

Q How about designating the order for tomorrow or more?

A So far we do not accept delivery booking. In the future, we plans to accept maximum 1 month prior reservation. Between delivery time that each restaurant accept. you can reserve the order.
